Since the end of last year, Asept InMed has invested in a larger warehouse, better suited to its growth ambitions. Located just a few kilometers from our head office, this new logistics space enables us to better anticipate future volumes... while rethinking our organization to remain true to our requirement: fluid, reliable and reactive logistics.
Large-scale change
Like any large-scale project, this transition required a phase of adaptation. The first few months put our habits to the test, challenged our workflows and gave rise to new needs. But above all, they pushed us to act, to listen to each other, to get closer.
Immersions in the field
To reinforce this dynamic, our Support & Ordering teams, followed by our Sales Force, recently visited our new warehouse site. The aim: to experience daily logistics operations from the inside.
