One of the highlights of the GFHGNP congress in Marseilles was the practical workshop led by Dr Cécile Talbotec, pediatrician at Hôpital Necker Enfants Malades, on push gastrostomy button placement.
💡 This technique, adapted to pediatrics, is based on the use of an introducer kit, facilitating device placement while ensuring comfort and safety for the young patient.
The workshop enabled participants to :
- Familiarize yourself with an essential technical gesture
- Talk to an expert in the field as part of a committed educational approach
- Discover or rediscover devices designed to support demanding clinical practices
We're proud that the Asept InMed devices were able to support this workshop, a genuine space for transmission and training, where technical rigor and shared experience come together to serve caregivers.
🙏 Thanks to Dr Cécile Talbotec for her expertise and generosity, and to GFHGNP for their commitment to continuing education in pediatric gastroenterology.
